Embry has a Ph.D. in Theology, a Master's Degree in Ministry, and a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Education. She became a Christian as a child and has always been a seeker of God. Her ministry is to reach out to the members of the Body of Christ-to teach them that they are loved by God and can be healed of past wounds, and that they can walk in intimacy with Jesus. Barbara is a lifelong resident of the Rocky Mountains, where she lives with her husband, Jack. They have a son, Scott (wife Vicki), a daughter, Sandra (husband Dave), and three grandchildren (Erik, Ashley, and Cassandra).
