Title
Woman Obsessed
Author
Joan Moran
Synopsis
What would happen if you confronted your deepest fears? How about your darkest desires?
Janet Bodine and Whitney Howard do just that - venture into the world of erotic fantasy, where anything is possible. Janet and Whitney are professional women, wives of well-respected, highly successful defense physicists and engineers who live, work and play in an upscale city adjacent to San Francisco. Separately, they have always lived respectable lives and done what was expected of them. But when they meet one another at a party one evening, they realize their destinies will be forever changed.
Woman Obsessed draws the reader into the dark and dangerous world of the erotic underground, exploring the very unthinkable possibilities in the darkest nature of the sub-conscious. In this morality story, Janet and Whitney, learn about sado-masochism, buying men, and more importantly, the complex relationship between power, control and sex. Together they embark on a journey, encouraged and mentored by Michael Morgan, Janet's guru and publishing editor at American Press, in which sexual fantasy becomes the power - the ultimate aphrodisiac. As the balance of their lives collapses, both women obsessively cross the lines of moral ambiguity and delve into the "darkness on the other side of the moon" from which they cannot turn back. Each woman's fall from grace will take a surprising turn.
