Reflections of Her Mountain Look
Author
Linda S. French
Synopsis
Reflections of Her Mountain Look is a compelling and often alarming look into one woman's battle to free herself and her children from a cult life-style, and a judicial system that left her no choice but to carry out her own justice.
In this narration, the author pulls the reader in to share the trauma of cult life and allows us to comprehend how a rational woman who loves her family could allow this to happen. Perhaps even more dramatic is Jenny's story after her escape and the courage she found to fight back. It is during this fight that she begins to understand what pulled her into this powerful and destructive vortex. Reflections of Her Mountain Look is a story everyone needs to read.
Author Linda S. French tells the true story of her life-long friends' personal experience of being caught up in a small but remarkably dangerous cult located on a mountaintop in a remote region of Tennessee. The narrative is so hard-hitting and immediate that the reader can practically feel the narrator's emotional turmoil as her family's nightmare unfolds.
The story is true, and the author pulls no punches in describing exactly what happened, and how a loving family who only wished to find spiritual fulfillment could have become involved with such an abhorrent cult leader and unforgivable crimes committed against the people who gave him their trust.
