John has written books as well as many articles on three big business strategies that include: Trading Cash For Equity, Ten Steps To Capital Formation, Investigating Alternatives to an IPO, and many more. John completed the advanced management program at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. In addition, he has also served as President and Chairman of the Board of USA Volleyball. He is a member of the Los Angeles Venture Association, Southern California Software Council and the San Diego Software Internet Council.
