Shipping Policy

Shipping on In Stock items will occur within 48 hours of the order placed – except for orders placed on holidays/weekends.

Back Order items will be shipped within 20 business days.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies

Refunds are available within 10 business days of the initial fulfilled order – refunds are available on back order items at anytime.

Returns & Exchanges can be processed by calling (812) 323-2330 or emailing brandy@jonesharvest.com. Please provide a reason for the return or exchange. Jones Harvest Publishing will pay for return shipping costs via USPS or UPS.
